Insight | Patrick Nguyen

Patrick Nguyen is the creator of the book, Beyond the Street: The 100 Leading Figures in Urban Art where he took it upon himself to hunt down 100 of the best (and usually silent) street artists in the world for an individual interview. The journey was not easy but somehow, Patrick managed to complete his mission by interviewing artists such as Shepard Fairey, Swoon, Faile, Blu, WK Interact, Os Gemeos, Jeffrey Deitch, Brad Downey, and many more. In the visual below, Gestalten interviewed Patrick about the purpose and many aspects of his ambitious mission.
